Pattern Details
The Last Minute Santa Hat is quick and fun to knit. Instructions are clearly written, and there is minimal shaping required.
Pattern has been revised to include 3 sizes; and now includes instructions for knitting the hat with either chunky or worsted weight yarn.

Construction Details
The hat is knit seamlessly in the round, beginning with the bottom edge, and working up toward the crown. The body of the hat is worked on circular needles (16” length), changing to double pointed needles as needed.

150 yds chunky weight yarn, divided (75 yds MC and 75 yds CC)
Yarn quantity is enough for the largest size hat, and a pompom
Needles
size 8 circular needles, 16” length (for bottom edge)
size 10 circular needles, 16” length (for main body)
size 10 double pointed needles (for top shaping)
Misc
stitch markers, row counter, tapestry needle

Gauge (Version A, chunky weight)
14 stitches = 4” in stockinette stitch, using the larger needles.
Change needles size as necessary, for accurate gauge!
